What services are included in the membership?
Our membership covers comprehensive lawn care, including biweekly mowing, weed eating, blowing, and leaf cleanup, alongside essential home maintenance like gutter cleaning, HVAC filter replacement, water heater flushes, and safety inspections.
How often are services performed?
Services are performed throughout the year based on seasonal schedules. Lawn care is biweekly during the growing season, while home system maintenance and preventive checks are scheduled quarterly or annually to coincide with optimal weather periods.
Do I need to schedule services myself?
No. We manage all scheduling and logistical coordination for you. You will receive a notification before our team arrives, so you can enjoy a perfectly maintained home without managing multiple service providers yourself.
What areas do you serve?
We are currently launching in neighborhoods across Northwest Arkansas. To maintain high service standards and efficient routing, we open new neighborhoods one by one based on waitlist demand in specific zip codes.
How does the waitlist work?
Joining the waitlist tells us which neighborhoods are ready for service. When your area reaches the required number of signups to create an efficient service route, we notify you and offer first priority for registration.
What payment options are available?
We provide straightforward billing choices: a standard monthly membership at $99 per month or a discounted annual membership for $1,000 per year, paid upfront as one single payment.
